Welcome to Phat Divot! We're here to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase made through our website. Below is our return policy in collaboration with Printful, our partner for on-demand printing services. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

Please contact support@phatdivot.com to initiate a customer service request to return. Please note we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse. Returns due to errors or size exchanges will be addressed on a case by case basis. If you need to complete a returns or size exchanges, please allow time for reprinting and transit. 

Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item. Claims made within this timeframe will be processed promptly. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and any claims deemed to be a mistake on our part will be covered at our expense.

Packages Lost in Transit

In the unfortunate event that a package is lost in transit, please submit your claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims for lost packages will be thoroughly investigated, and if it's determined that the loss was due to an error on our part, we will take responsibility for the issue.

Problem Reports

Should you or your customers notice any issue with the products received or any aspect of the order, please submit a problem report. We value your feedback and will work diligently to address any concerns.

Return Address and Unclaimed Shipments

Our default return address is set to the Printful facility. If you decide to use a different return address, you will become liable for any returned shipments you receive. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Please note that unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

Insufficient Address and Reshipment Costs

In the event that an address provided by you or your end customer is insufficient and the shipment is returned to our facility, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility will incur reshipment costs, which you will be liable for.

No Account and Wrong Shipping Address

If you haven't registered an account on printful.com and added a billing method, please be aware that returned orders due to incorrect shipping addresses or failure to claim shipments won’t be available for reshipping. Instead, they will be donated to charity at your cost, without a refund issued.
